poik Terms and Conditions

By accessing or using the poik platform — whether through the website at poik.club or through the poik mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. These terms form a legally binding agreement between you and poik.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the poik platform. Continued use of poik after any update to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. poik recommends checking this page periodically so you are always aware of the current terms.

To register and use a poik account, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. poik does not permit anyone under 18 to register, deposit, or place bets under any circumstances.
• You must be accessing poik from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by local law. It is your responsibility to verify that using poik is lawful in your location.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, or close family member of a poik employee where such participation would create a conflict of interest.
• You must not have a previously closed or suspended poik account unless poik has explicitly reinstated your access in writing.

Each person may hold only one poik account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited. poik uses automated systems to detect duplicate accounts and will close all associated accounts if duplicates are found.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information including your real name, a valid mobile number, and a date of birth that reflects your actual age. You are responsible for keeping your account information up to date. If your mobile number changes, update it in your account settings promptly.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Do not share your password with anyone. poik will never ask for your password via email, chat, or phone. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your permission, contact poik support immediately and change your password.

• Account registration is free and takes approximately two minutes.
• poik may require identity verification before processing your first withdrawal.
• Accounts that remain inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly inactivity fee as disclosed in the account settings.
• poik reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.

poik supports deposits and withdrawals through bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. These are the only payment methods currently accepted. poik does not accept cash, bank transfers, or international payment services at this time.

Deposits are credited to your poik wallet as soon as the transaction is confirmed by the payment provider. Minimum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page within your account. poik does not charge a fee for deposits, though your mobile banking provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit. This is a security measure to prevent fraud. Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed by the poik payments team. The majority of withdrawals complete within a few hours. During periods of high volume, processing may take up to 24 hours.

• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed on the withdrawal page in your account.
• poik may request identity verification before approving a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or large amounts.
• Funds deposited through a bonus cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirements have been met.
• poik reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal if there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or a breach of these terms.

poik offers a welcome bonus for new members and runs regular promotions for existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer. In the event of any conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific terms take precedence.

Unless stated otherwise in the promotion terms, the following general bonus rules apply across all poik offers:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be withdrawn. The wagering requirement for each bonus is stated clearly when you claim it.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. The contribution percentage for each game type is listed in the promotion terms.

All games on poik operate according to their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the rules for that game. poik is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.

poik uses a provably fair system for applicable games. The cryptographic hash for each round is generated before bets are accepted and published so players can verify that results were not manipulated after bets were placed. • Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed.
• In the event of a technical error during a game round, poik reserves the right to void all bets for that round and return stakes to players' wallets.
• If a game result is disputed, poik's records are considered the definitive source of truth. Players may submit a dispute through the support system within 48 hours of the round in question.
• poik reserves the right to impose betting limits on individual accounts at its discretion.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the poik platform. Engaging in any of these behaviours may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of any balance in your account:

• Fraud: Using stolen payment credentials, chargebacks, or any form of financial deception to fund your account or obtain withdrawals.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, particularly in live dealer games.
• Automated play: Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to place bets or interact with the platform in place of a human player.
• Exploitation of errors: Deliberately exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system glitches to gain an advantage. Any winnings obtained through exploitation may be voided.
• Money laundering: Using poik to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity. poik cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities in such cases.

• Underage access: Allowing or facilitating access to the poik platform by anyone under 18 years of age.

poik monitors accounts continuously for signs of prohibited conduct. If your account is flagged, poik may freeze your balance while an investigation is conducted. You will be notified of the outcome and given an opportunity to respond before any permanent action is taken, except in cases of clear and serious fraud.

poik reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion, including but not limited to cases where:

• A breach of these Terms and Conditions has occurred or is suspected.
• The account holder has provided false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity is detected or suspected.
• A court order or regulatory instruction requires account closure.
• The account has been inactive for an extended period and repeated attempts to contact the account holder have been unsuccessful.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, poik reserves the right to withhold any remaining balance pending investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the balance will be returned to the account holder via their registered payment method.

poik may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. For significant changes, poik will notify registered members via the platform's notification system or by email where an address is on file.

Your continued use of the poik platform after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you should stop using poik and close your account. Any bets placed before the effective date of a change will be settled under the terms that were in place at the time the bet was placed.
